The Oxiperm® Pro system is a highly efficient and cost-effective solution, ideal for combating bacteria, pathogenic microorganisms, and Legionnaires' disease (Legionella pneumophila) in building installations. A Modern Alternative to Conventional Chlorination

- Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂) is highly effective in eliminating a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, spores, and Legionella. It operates efficiently at lower concentrations and is effective across a broad pH range. In contrast, chlorine has limited efficacy at higher pH levels and may be less effective against certain microorganisms and biofilms.
- ClO₂ penetrates biofilms inside pipelines (even in dead-end sections) more effectively than chlorine.
- It does not affect the taste or odor of water. Furthermore, ClO₂ is generated on-site and on-demand, is less volatile, and more stable than chlorine gas, making it safer for use in facilities with human presence.
