The use of antiscalants is necessary in case of salt removal in reverse osmosis water treatment systems.
What do we achieve with antiscalants?
- They increase the surface charge of microcrystals, preventing their aggregation and the creation of a normal crystal.
- They act as a suppressive agent in the development of abnormal crystalline structures, preventing their growth.
- The prevent the blocking of the network.
- They prevent corrosion caused by salts.
